Unbind a Drone I no longer Own

Received an email from someone today saying they bought a drone I returned to B&H and they can't use it because it's bound to me.

How do I unbind this drone? How does this person know who I am from a bound drone?

Actually just found out how to do this through my controller and profile..

To remove the DJI Drone from the account, there is no need to connect the drone. But only the bound account can operate this function. Here is the path: Profile>Device Management>Account and Device>Remove device from account.

A point, how did they get your email address? Or did the email come from DJI?
I'd guess some email addresses can be guessed but they should be few and far between.
