Hey everyone, has anyone had to send their drone back to DJI for warranty repair? I sent them an email over a week ago and no actual correspondence period yet. Looking for others who've had the same experience as I'm growing frustrated that I haven't received anything other than an automated ticket number. Thanks in advance.
