This is a common problem with all DJI drones it seems. It apparently only occurs at low altitudes... like below 10-20 feet or so. Does seem to be related to larger bodies of water than the small stream in the video you referenced. Apparently the sensors on the drone get confused by water. DJI has warned about this behavior as have many posts in this forum.
