I have noticed that in some cases. They word things so you think you're getting a better deal.
When you purchase on eBay, you'll get the standard eBay protection process. Unfortunately DJI Care Refresh is unavailable here in the US no matter where you purchase from whether it's Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, or your local retailer.
You'll probably be busy having fun flying the drone instead of thinking about returning it but if the Amazon return period is what you are most interested in, here's an Amazon deal for a kit with the standard batteries (instead of the Plus batteries) for $1100:
They must have known you were going to promote it!
Amazon now rarely ever offers free replacement, forcing you to rebuy it at an outrageously inflated price, if you do ever return it for a refund!
It's just the buy box changing like usual.

That page states it does and it's on the same listing as linked above, so there's a good chance it does.
It's not unusual for the buy box to show higher priced deals if they can be shipped sooner.
Pretty scamming for Amazon to suggest a non-Prime overseas seller can ship faster than a Prime shipped-by-Amazon apparently already in the country for almost $500 less. Sounds like the buy box is being abused. Could it be they have 20 of those left and need them to be moved?
No, it's nothing like that.
Because I've been sending their links to a few people who want the drone at the low price but they can't seem to easily find it. For whatever reason, Amazon is not making it easy for people who want to buy based on their number one criteria: Price.
That's not Amazon's problem to fix. You should send a link to a specific seller's product listing instead if that's really what you're attempting to share.
