I recently experimented with the USB-C connector and discovered that it switches with the drone power and is powered in flight. That's potentially useful for many mod's but it will power an LED light. Mine is this: https://www.amazon.com/KSRIDOTE-Adjustable-Brightness-Decoration-Computers/dp/B092V751W6

It is reasonably bright, has several colors and draws <1W at 5V. But it's only the one I happened to have around, there are lots of variations. Here it is in full sunlight set to red to make spotting the drone a little easier to spot: New item by Timothy Lyons
More variations are available with a simple adapter: https://www.amazon.com/Syntech-Adapter-Thunderbolt-Compatible-MacBook/dp/B07CVX3516

An all around red one that flashes would be perfect to help keep an eye on the drone.

I see a Fan, Light , and a laser that can all plug in but they need the USB - C Adapter .
I keep looking for a direct USB - C Led Plug in Light. Nothing yet but this is a great idea.

Did you click the link right after "mine is this:"?
and the next link shows my Mini 3 flying with it?

Tlyons, thanks for sharing your find…it’s just what I need for that extra help locating. It looks as if it can double for a landing light…am I right? Anyhow, I have 2 on order👍

These are worth a try, thanks for posting. If not, can always be used as advertised in the truck.
