DJI Just updated their FAQ for dongle 2,it says Mavic 4 Pro is now compatible,yesterday there's no mavic 4 pro on the list

Yes that is true. RC Pro 2 is not working yet.

Thats because the RC Pro 2 latest FW blocks 4G

I even tried 1.16.99 dji fly app on latest firmware for the rc 2 pro and still blocks it

For the RC Pro 2, it's not the Fly app but the RC Firmware that is blocking it just like if you upgrade the Mavic 4 Pro to the latest Firmware then 4G does not work but if you downgrade the drone's firmware to .000 it works again. I have 4G working with RC Pro 2 and RC 2 with the Dongle 2. My RC 2 Firmware is on the latest with the Fly app on 1.17.0 and RC Pro 2 is on the factory FW (Cannot recall the version) and Fly app is 1.69.x

I'm sure they block 4G with firmware on the plane or on the controller, before the official version, people can still fly with 4G.

I updated the Fly app on the RC Pro 2 to V1.17.0 and 4G still works. I don't want to risk trying updating to the RC newer FW because I tried Drone Hacks and the RC is not recognised at all. So far it works so will leave it as that until it's fully opened outside of China. For anyone who wants to get this 4G working on their RC Pro 2 then you will need to find a way to downgrade it, if you are waiting on your new one to arrive then don't upgrade it. Download the Dji Fly 1.17.0 APK and manually install it, don't upgrade it via the RC Pro 2.

my DjiFly app is 1.17.1 and 01.00.0100 for Aircraft Firmware and 01.00.0100 for RC Firmware,how do i downgrade? my dongle will arrive in 2 days

At this moment you can't do the rc so it will not work then
