You will be able to downgrade the drone and if that is the RC 2 and not the RC Pro 2 then you will be in luck. Download the Drone Hacks V2 windows application from the first link below, ensure your PC has the latest Dji Assistant 2 for Mavic 4 Pro installed and it can detect your drone, then close Assistant 2 and open the drone hacks app, connect the Mavic 4 Pro using the Dji USB C cable and proceed with FW Flashing.

You will need to download the FW from the second link which is Dankdownloads.For the RC 2, you don't need to do anything.

Yup, If the RC Pro 2 is updated then you are out of luck with this. Buy a RC 2 if you really need 4G and downgrade your drone.

ciao ma cambia poco ti chiede un aggiornamento forzato quindi con quel firmware non puoi usarlo hai gli stick di comando bloccati. quindi serve a poco.

You may try, but @Suren and me have tested a period and the dronehacks software isnt detecting the rcpro2 - you will get an error. So at the moment, downgrading is not possible.

But feel free to test and share your results.

non servire a niente, non funziona, evitare di perdere tempo e di avere problemi con la radio.

At the moment:

Dongle V2 4G ONLY works with Mavic 4 Pro in the next ways:

Drone:
Mavic 4 pro needs to be on 0000 firmware, 0100 needs to be downgraded to 0000 (fabric version)

RCs:
It works when:
RC 2 with current firmware
RC Pro 2 only with 0000 (downgrading is NOT POSSIBLE till now)

It will work when the Mavic 4 pro also is downgraded.. then both versions are compatible to each other

No, i don't have because i can't downgrade the RC pro 2 firmware. Forum member Suren have it working, see several messages up for this. I just copy that messages.
I have tested it with the latest fw on RC2 and that worked well, even with the Mavic 4.

Mate, I have it working. I posted screenshots and it works. Done a very very long flight on 4G only and it works. If you don't want to believe then that's on you. We don't have to prove anything further and have nothing to gain. We are just trying to help others.
