For February, I'm looking for the best $200 drone currently available. The candidates I've identified so far are:

HS120D
HS510
DRONEEYE 4DF11
Do any of you have other suggestions, or do you have experience with any of these?
The "must have" requirements are a camera that gimbals up and down, and a GPS. It needs to hover well, although not necessarily "DJI well". It needs to have an SD card slot.
Additional "plus" factors that are desirable, but not necessary, are:
Comes with a hard case
Native waypoints in the app that it uses
Not a folding drone
At least 2 batteries
Charge batteries outside of drone
Suggestions?
