Just go back as far as you can and you can fly for ten miles over nothingness!

They are not as good as they look! The wind off them is tough for distance flights!

Chandler is the Best I know of

Well there are two where we fly. Gila Memorial Airport for example. But it's abandoned and nothing flies there.

Me and several others don't call the tower there. We just fly towards the casino or toward I-10

Yes sir. I went there Sunday Morning and it was all good until the sun came over my neck. It was brutal. I leave my car running and sit in the passenger window using the door frame as a tripod.

I can't wait, today was 115-ish I'm over this heat!

Yeah this week is just plain ol hot. It's like the last punishment!

I moved here from Washington and I miss going to the ocean or the Puget Sound and flying as far as I could imagine.

My advice is to get a small chair and folding table. Even if it's hot flying and sitting down is better.

The sun comes at six o clock. So any earlier and it Shoukd be cool.

I’m going to try and fly at Willis and a price this morning. I downloaded the “AirMap” app and pretty much this area and all of Phoenix is in the orange. You guys don’t call chandler airport before flying so you?

No. It's class D airspace. Stay under 400' and you're good.

I usually fly 63' altitude here! Occasionally you'll see low flying prop planes like cesna's
