Can’t connect to DJI 4

I can’t get DJI full to connect to my iPhone or iPad. The program asks me to login which I do. But after I entered The password I was stopped. The blue bar fruit for Log in stays unhighlighted. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?

The “me” icon on the bottom right should be available if you are logged on to GO4 app.
