DJI's native Go 4.0 app can happily take both panoramic pictures, and auto exposure bracketed (AEB) ones. - What it cannot do, is shoot both at the same time. (At least not on the M2P)
Step up; everyone's favourite quadcopter third party software solution - Litchi (Although not cheap at £21.99)

In the Litchi app, simply change your photo mode to AEB, before selecting the Pano fly mode.
I took a 3 x 3 pano, with a 5 burst AEB, resulting in 45 DNG files.
Import these into Lightroom or similar, and merge all 45 together using the an HDR Pano function.
The final 45 image composite is a hefty 255Mb!

Heaps of dynamic range to play with, thanks to AEB means minimal noise or chromatic aberrations, and the pano ensure lots of detail/sharpness, even when zooming/cropping in.

Its significant effort, for just one picture, but if you want to squeeze every last drop out of the M2P sensor, its worth it.
