Crashed mavic, silver cable Camera video data substitution

Finally I buy a complete camera module, and it works fine :)

But I´ll buy a PTZ Cable and a ribbon one to repair my old camera module, for backup :)

The part you need is available from eBay also. I order one to test it with my broken Mavic Pro.

recently i had a terrible crash too, and now the Silver Video Cable and the Ribbon Flex Cable is broken, the Ribbon Flex Cable is no problem to find, but the Silver Video Cable is more difficult to find than the Holy Grail...

The hardest thing was to put the flat cable around the camera, and put the elastic ones that hold the camera, I took time to get the cables, tools and the camera stand

Bought a F/Stop Labs LVDS cable through Amazon. Pictures show what I received - a used and broken cable! Here is my experience so far with trying to get a replacement (may try for a refund if this isn't resolved today):

Dear sirs,

What started out as quality customer service has quickly devolved into a
chain of contradictory emails and unfulfilled promises. Below, I have
included the emails I received from team members at F/Stop Labs.

I originally contacted you because the cable I received was obviously used
and broken. I was promised a quick replacement. I still do not have a
replacement cable, and the May 31, 11:06 PM email indicates the replacement
has not even been prepared for shipping.

Twice I was told that I did not need to bother returning the defective
cable. Then, when I inquire about the status of the replacement, I am told
that I should return the original cable. Make up your minds. At this point,
I am going to waste some more of my time and send back the cable you shipped
to me just because I am so frustrated and want you to waste your time
dealing with a returned piece of junk.

This is the second item I have purchased from F/Stop Labs but will probably
be the last. I am trying to run a business repairing drones. I cannot do it
when I get defective parts and poor service from suppliers. I tried F/Stop
Labs because of your outstanding reputation in the drone community. Well,
this is going to tarnish that reputation.

This episode should not have been necessary. Sending out a used and
defective product should not happen. You need to review your quality control
procedures.

I am very disappointed.

They have provided a tracking number for a replacement cable. Hopefully, this one will be new and undamaged.
 
Is the silver cable good?
By the way there are so many selling on eBay for the flex ribbon cable, but none of them mention original. Are they any good?
 
F.Stop did send a replacement. It was new and an original DJI part.

I've only tried one ebay ribbon cable and it didn't work.
 
Yes I saw it, $85 for non original cable is way too much, since whole new camera gimbal and arm is quoted $159 on dji site.

The question is can you buy it, especially in Europe (I moved from US to Europe a month ago and crushed it yesterday :) )

You can't buy replacement parts from the Dji store, you have to go through either dealership or Amazon /eBay.

That price is on dji repair center site probably when they are doing repairs.
Plus labor cost etc...
