Create your own no-fly-map?

Hi,
following the rule „don’t trust a map, that you didn’t create yourself“, I want to build my own no-fly-map for my hometown in Germany.

I would like to have several layers in Google maps or earth, showing all the areas, where done flying is prohibited in Germany. That are railways, highways, Autobahn, hospitals, jails, embassies and many more. Usually there is a 100 meter distance to the perimeter to avoid.

Unfortunately, I have no idea how to do that. Can’t be that complicated, but I don’t know how to start.
My goal is to provide a KMZ file with the different layers to all pilots who want to fly in Düsseldorf (download for free).

Can you help me?

Use Google Earth Pro. You can define polygons and circles where the NFZ is and save them. Create a folder in the side bar. I suggest you carefully name every object. Make sure to colour them according to sort of zone ("reason"). Then you can export the folder as a KMZ (or KML?) for anyone to use.
