DecalGirl VS DroneWrap Japan skins

I have the decalgirl bright lime one, I love it. It looks really cool and was easy to apply. There are small gaps in the coverage but they are not super noticeable.

The only downside I had was for a while, the corners of certain pieces (the arms especially) would peal back and want to come off, and I would have to press it back on. Besides that, it is a great way to customize your drone and make it stand out from the crowd!

Hi
Nickvr628

This was the reason why I use today and in future only Wrapgreade, because they had the best quality from 3M Factory , there was no Peeling of the foil over one year using now, and the Wrapgrade has overlapping design if the foil and you see no Corner of the Mavic
See my yellow Wrapgrade skin compare to orange decalgirl

Just did mine in the Japan. Couldn’t be happier with the finished look. I have recently found them on amazon but some of the premium colors like this one still have to be ordered through their site.

Is that the Celeste Blue? Does that color have better visibility than the stock gray color?

Maybe a bit less visibility actually. But that's what i was going for... Added the low noise props too, they help a little with the noise.

Looks awesome! I wrapped mine in Stratosphere Blue, 1-1/2 weeks later I crashed it :( I had the low noise propellers on it also just had silver tips instead of gold tips. Just waiting for my replacement from DJI and trying to decide if I want to wrap again in the Blue or go with something more visible like the Neon Yellow.

I like this blue a lot! I crashed mine as well recently, shredded my props and scratched the heck out of one of my battery covers. Fortunately that was all the damage. I might do a brighter color next time, was trying to be a bit low key to not disturb while flying, but the noise will get ya before you see the drone regardless.

Quoted by Treyboyz - The color looks like glossy/shiny gray indoors, but in the sunlight it changes colors depending on the angle and is very reflective. Hopefully it will scare birds better.

I’ve had the wrap for a while and I am sure the wrap does scare the birds off, I live on the coast and used to have a problem before applying the coloration-x wrap, since then they veer away very early. [emoji3][emoji1303]

Drone Wrap from Japan plus custom printed water decals. Had a blast decorating it!

Very cool! Where did you get that?

The Wrap is by DroneWrap and all the decals I printed myself on water slide decal paper. I used a free program called Inkscape to convert the images to vectors which allows you to resize them without loosing quality. There are lots of YouTube videos to walk you through it.

How long does it take for Wrapgrade (JP) to ship to the US? I placed an order with Slickwraps in Sept and it still has not shipped.

Takes about 10-14 days. At least thats how long it took me to get mine, will be ordering skin for my M2P soon from them.

Thanks for that info. Slickwraps could not tell me when my order would ship - Placed 8 days ago. Now I've asked them to cancel..... no response.

I'll dig into Wrapgrade, seems like a good product.

IMO, Wrapgrade is the best skin out there, I've bought from several different suppliers and the quality is hands down the best. They are pricey, but again worth it IMO.
Make sure you choose the express option for shipping that way you can check the tracking only thing is they required a signature for delivery using this shipping option.
