Dji Newest drone Mavic flyaway Edition

Well keeping a cool head and relating the facts of the issue is important and in the end I knew if you did that then you would not be left high and dry by DJI.
When I am frustrated I begin to slow things down and speak with slight emphasis and then try and be as succinct as possible. It can be very unnerving to people as they expect explosive frustration and expostulation. Its nice to prepare the facts before hand as well and be able to present them in a logical manner.

I still feel the 15 % discount on a refurb is not really that accommodating but a ton better then being told to go pound sand.

Thank you for the advice and support. I began to realize that I was wasting my time with tech support. I resubmitted and asked for a fresh pair of eyes on the issue. At that point management got involved. We will see how it turns out. I really just want to get back to flying.
