Two months ago I had to send both my goggles and Mavic 2 Pro to DJI for repairs. Over the last two weeks I have received 5 phone voice messages from “DJI support” in China. They don’t say what it is regarding just that they need to speak with me. When they have called, I have not been available to answer the phone. I would think they would send me an email if it were important enough to call me five times. Now I am beginning to wonder if these calls are legitimate and are from DJI Support. Anyone have any thoughts or answers? Thanks, Arby.
