Two months ago I had to send both my goggles and Mavic 2 Pro to DJI for repairs. Over the last two weeks I have received 5 phone voice messages from “DJI support” in China. They don’t say what it is regarding just that they need to speak with me. When they have called, I have not been available to answer the phone. I would think they would send me an email if it were important enough to call me five times. Now I am beginning to wonder if these calls are legitimate and are from DJI Support. Anyone have any thoughts or answers? Thanks, Arby.

They are legit, they need further information about the issue from you.
I have gotten 4 calls myself concerning various issues over the past 8 months.
Send them an email at [email protected] and let them know they have been trying to call you and to have them call back.
Longer you wait, the longer the repair.
 
Consider it a good thing, you can get more done talking then typing. ?
