Tried many suggestions online and I jut can't fix it. Any suggestions before I take it in for repair which may mean a 2 hour trip from Pattaya to Bangkok.Mini4 Pro wont take off.jpg

DJI customer support? Sometimes I get lucky and someone there actually helps. Good luck, wish I had the answers.

Do calibration process on DJI Assistant 2. If that doesn’t work, a ribbon connection may have broken loose from the motherboard. If you are tech savvy enough, you could fix this yourself. I recommend looking up videos on YouTube, a channel called “how fit it”. I don’t think they have an M4P video yet but you can get the idea of what you’ll need to do by watching an Air 2 or Mavic 3 disassembly video. But if you have a brand new M4, I would use the DJI warranty.

I tried the Assistant 2 for the M4P but it did not give me the option to calibrate, no idea why but after all my efforts I think it is a ribbon connection problem. I am not savvy enough to attempt it my self. I am hoping there is a place where they can fix it here in Pattaya, I know there is an excellent repair place in Bangkok but that is a 2 hour trip 4 in total. Fortunately. there is a cheap bus there and back. Thanks for your help.

I'll try customer support, thanks for your help.

If automatic calibration fails, check if your device offers a manual calibration option. This would allow you to calibrate the sensor by manually adjusting the vision settings.
Thanks for your suggestion, I did the manual calibration a few times. But I feel sure there is an disconnected cable. A guy in the place where I bought it said it must have the original DJI props, I have the Master screw ones, before he can take it apart. Amazon et all, wont ship to Thailand so I am awaiting two shops in Pattaya to order them. I love living in Thailand, Pattaya, actually Jomtien but it is frustrating at times. The M4P suites me, partly because it is so quiet and rarely bothers people.

Okay.... that's a new one for me and curiosity has got the better of me. What on earth have original DJI props got to do with stripping the bird down for diagnostics & repair? Is the shop an official DJI franchise?
