First flight no video

Hi all
After weeks of ownership I have just got around to my first flight with my Mavic pro 2. Don’t know what is wrong but appears to be no video footage recorded. Tried with unit at rest and switching record on and waved hand about. Took the card out and popped in computer and again nothing. Guess it’s an obvious mistake on my part but don’t know what that could be. Help greatly appreciated.

As well as turning the camera on, you have to turn it off to close the video file properly before you shut down the drone..
Are you doing that?

Think I have sorted it. Switch storage to SD card rather than internal storage. Will try this now.

That’s what I do. Then remove the SD card and insert in a card reader to DL to my computer.
I do all card erase/formatting, etc in my M2P to ensure useable format for the drone.

I thought that might be the problem.
