Just got my mavic, but the gimbal clamp won't come off. Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do?

- While supporting the camera.
You could also move the camera forwards gently it will help it disengage from the slot.

This may be the new solution to stop them falling off during delivery - glue in place.

Yeah, there need some skills to put climp on and off =)
Whatever you do DO NOT contact DJI support. They will have you calibrate the IMU and then send it in for repair! :D
Hah, totally agree with you.
I had several contacts with them and only one answer - make all calibrations :D

Hmmm, not sure why there is a problem, just grasp with thumb and forefinger at the base, pinch and pull straight out, getting it on is more of a challenge as the camera wants to dance around.

Right, this won't work.
