I am 67years old. Can't wait to see how this all evolves..
Got a Mavic Pro a few moths ago. Love it. I use my phone in the arms of the rc.
Fly out by the ocean but sometimes right from home. The neighborhood watch website have been complaining about my mysterious drone in the sky. But I am teaching them that's it's okay.

Hi -
I guess this thread is still somewhat active. I joined about a year ago and chimed in from MB
but rarely check back. I see you are in slo and I have flown my Pro out near Cuesta before.
Let me know where you are flying and have fun.
There was a guy on here that lived near Santa Margarita lake and he invited me to fly out there on his ranch
so maybe you can meet him too. One warning is don't fly in any Calif. state park near the coast until March as they protect
the Snowy Plover birds and will site you.

Simi Valley huh? I have family in Ojai and Westlake Village so I know SV some.
Hope you have fun in Morro Bay.
I have friends that fly out by Morro Rock which is great for pictures and video of course.
We have gone flying a little north of MB in Cayucos on the beach there, nice.
I started this thread which I see has almost been a year now
and I haven't lost it. I have flown it all over California from Aptos to Eagle Lake and all over
this area. Anyway, hope you enjoy Morro Bay. Do you golf? I'm a member of the MB Golf Club.
