Hi all,

Newbie to drones, I briefly had a bebop 2 before taking the plunge on a Mavic Air.

If I’m honest I thought I’d join a forum as I’ve already become disheartened with the apparent lack of places I can use it.
I recently emailed the owners of the Elan Valley Estate In Wales out of courtesy to say that I was intending on doing a small overflight of the reservoirs and they want to charge me like I’m a full blown film company, not to mention £65 just for the application.

Hoping some of you guys and gals here in the UK have some better knowledge of places where drones aren’t so unwelcome or seen as a cash cow.
