How to avoid landing in the water

Sometimes flying over rivers or lakes but I'm always afraid that by getting too close to the water level the drone can land in the water.

There is a sure way to get low on the water without landing?

Disable the Landing Protection feature in DJI GO and monitor your Mavic closely (preferably with your eyes) to ensure it does not touch the surface of the water. If your Mavic is not stable when close to the surface of the water, then you should also disable Vision Positioning.

But i have a question: use one flight mode like tripod or cinematic can prevent to land?
I will try on next flight.

For low flying - VLOS is everything. Remember, water is always level, so don't mess with the left stick during a water-run.

Flight modes don't change a thing, that's at a level below those.
