Indoor flying and patterns

    Regarding indoor flying, the Mavic manual says:

    "...the Downward Vision System cannot work properly on surfaces without clear pattern variations..."

    Do you think something like this, laid down a concrete floor would work?

    Yes. That most definitely has a clear pattern.

    Although even in my garage, VPS works great on a no pattern concrete floor. Stable as a rock.

    Seamless flight indoors, steady, no drift, without GPS, over concrete floor painted uniform beige without any patterns.

    How the **** does it pull it off? Looking at what? Hovering and flying over furniture with warnings, but going over it.

    Quite impressed with this little "machine"!
