Is this something to cause concern?

This could be a cell that may be going BUT most likely it is a cell with to large of a voltage gap for the balance charger to Balance- this is mostly caused by the charger and not the battery.
Does it effect the performance? if not- its most likely the Balance chargers inability to Balance the cells without overcharging a separate cell- and you won't notice it.

In my experience this starts to occur with older batteries that have been recharged a lot. With my Mavic3 Classic and fairly low time battery usage, even in Montreals cold climate, it doesn't occur but when I look at my Mavic 2 Pro from a year or so ago, with batteries up to 80 and 90 cycles, then its quite common. Checkout the Cells Graph (next tab in Airdata) and if you're getting several Cell Deviations going beyond 0.07v it might be time to retire the battery. You can try cycling it down to very close to zero and recharging, that was the old way of rejuvenating batteries but I'm not sure that is still good advise.
