Had a spare pc case so i built this

I9 9900
2gb graphic card
64 gb ram

2 1tb m2 drives
1tb ssd
4tb hard disk

It was fun getting it ready for windows 11

Window 11 . . . I read somewhere it's supposed to be less resource hungry, can run on lower grade computers.
I'll see if I can find the link . . . (but that's a great setup to have anyway )

Nice build. I am looking to do the same. The ones I have around the house and work do not have enough capability to run the DJI simulator and are only marginal for video editing.

Which graphics card did you use? Have you run Resolve 17 on this? If so, how well did it run? I have been thinking of doing something similar and using this as a remote PC, placing this where I have more space.

I have 2 other i9's with good graphic card to run devinci, the memory is 64gb and mostly ssd on both

Test with the DJI simulator it was in real-time .
