Just lost my mavic, any help while it has battery

i am doing that, i was told they would re-evaluate, what really does not set well with me is that the repair bill they are proposing does not replace any of the motors, see attached

I do believe the arms come with the motors. So when the replace arms, that should mean that they come with new motors. Hopefully someone can confirm this.

The cost is awfully low to include motors and props was my thinking, a few props were definitely damaged

That's correct. The OEM part looks like this.

otp with DJI support now checking on case, sounds like they are going to cover everything

bktomps , Your not the first person that this has happened to -- just stay on them if you demand (Nicely) you want to know what caused
the problem and if it was your fault ( I believe from your story it's not ) you want the proof, your the Third person I've heard
with the same problem , pilot gets outrageous Repair Bill to be paid for by him , pilot complains asking a lot of questions
Then is tolled they will re-evaluate the case -- One of the 3 now was replaced free of charge , the Second person was still
dealing with them and it was looking more in his favor just like you by being re-evaluated just hang in there

well I had to call three times to get three different answers, one person I spoke to said they were waiting on a second analysis, the second person said the invoice was zeroed out and it was just "in process", the third person i spoke with said to check back in a week, that "these things take time, and it's only been one week"

so i'm not sure how long they plan to spend repairing my mavic, but I miss it so far

and now DJI just sent me a reminder to pay my bill, the $350 repair bill...so i guess i'll call BACK into the call queue and see what today's response is
