Lost in Translation

I just purchased a Mavic Pro, Remote, and FlyMore Combo directly from DJI...well they have my money that is. I expected that their update to “item shipped” meant it was on its way. Well no that’s not what they meant. Shipping does not mean delivery.
Their ad says the ship within 24 hours. I learned through their chat process that shipping means the order is at the warehouse. The next update will be “delivery”, and that is when I’ll get a tracking number. I am not pleased with an estimated delivery on May 13th. I should have bought from here in the States.

It's not uncommon for vendors to give you a "Item Shipped" when it only means the order is in the warehouse and a shipping ticket has been issued.

You have to wait five whole days (with a weekend in there) to receive a package that's coming from the other side of the world? That defines First-World problems.

And who thinks "shipping" means "delivery"?

I found out today that "Out for Delivery" doesn't mean out for "delivery in your city". You gotta love UPS!
