Mavic 3 Classic image issue - send back?

Having this issue with a new Mavic 3 Classic. All images have this “band” on the right-hand side, that runs top to bottom. It’s updated. I messaged DJI yesterday, no as response yet. Has anyone experienced this before? Check yours? Thanks, Pommy

I am not seeing that, are you using a windows Codec or Mac. ?

I’ll have to check the actual update - I updated it when it arrived a couple of weeks ago. I’m using an iMac, MacBook and iPad. It’s there in the RAW image on all devices.

I ran it through Aurora HDR, Luminar Ai, Luminar NEO, ON1 RAW 2023 and DxO PureRAW 2 to see if it was a processing issue. Same on all.

Thanks. I thought I’d eliminated that when I used the RAW image with at least 5 different softwares - and it was still there? Can you elaborate please? Cheers

I'd like to see the HDR images unmerged

They are not all HDR and not all merges, single shot RAW are the same.

If that the strip is on single shots and on all of them, you need to contact DJI support

Any chance of a corrupt microSD card? Too slow of a card? Just a wild guess.
