Swoop Aero looks like a Zipline competitor (US tech based doing medical deliveries in Africa).
Those remote regions have plenty of room for new help there though.
Interesting quad like launch, need a good clean landing pad there.
Not sure it'd have the range of the Zipline system.

If regular deliveries can get operational long term efficiently, this may follow, but it'll be a long time coming.
Flat out having some sort of large manned drone big enough to carry the pilot, let alone a single pax !!
Well, you could build bigger manned drones I suppose, but then the facilities like landing areas etc get more cumbersome (like drone delivery warehouses that would be needed. . . . oh, yeah.
If only larger drones to carry 2, 3, 4, or more cold be viable . . . oh, yeah.
