mini3 Pro & Mavic 3 using 4G dongle in Hong Kong (success)

Additional note: User cannot use the WiFi Hotspot feature on RC Pro as connection to 4G dongle on the DJI mini3 Pro or Mavic 3. User must install a 4G dongle in RC Pro. The WiFi Hotspot feature is only enabled in China.

People who have used the 4G dongle may notice that late 2022 firmware update of DJI Cellular module have restricted the usage outside China, including HK SAR and Macau SAR.
But, in Sprint 2023 update (firmware v 01.01.0109) it enables the usage in Hong Kong SAR, China again. I do not know if the feature is available to othe countries, too.

However, in recent dongle firmware update (v 01.01.0201), it has restricted the usage outside China again, including HK SAR and Macau SAR.

Thus, it is very important that USER MUST KEEP 4G dongle firmware at version v 01.01.0109.
I have done some testings.

Part 1　
(1) RC Pro firmware = v03.02.0200*no update
(2) RC Pro install 4G dongle (firmware = v01.01.0109)*no update
(3) mini3 Pro install 4G dongle (firmware = v01.01.0201)**latest
(4) mini3 Pro firmware = 01.00.0600**latest

Successfully activate 4G trasmission

Part 2. UPDATED RC Pro to latest firmware
(1) RC Pro firmware = v03.02.0400**latest
(2) RC Pro install 4G dongle (firmware = v01.01.0109)*no update
(3) mini3 Pro install 4G dongle (firmware = v01.01.0201)**latest
(4) mini3 Pro firmware = 01.00.0600**latest

Successfully activate 4G trasmission

Part 3. now swapped the dongle
(1) RC Pro firmware = v03.02.0400**latest
(2) RC Pro install 4G dongle (firmware = v01.01.0201)**latest
(3) mini3 Pro install 4G dongle (firmware = v01.01.0109)*no update
(4) mini3 Pro firmware = 01.00.0600**latest
