Do I really need the Mavic 3

One of the best that DJI made. The really tiny one would be my choice.ditch the Phantom

Pretty sure the phantom is the only one with a mechanical shutter though.Personally, I would ditch the Phantom and get a Mavic 3. But what do I know, I only have 3 drones
