New Mavric Air in Union, NJ

Hi, picked up a Marvic Air on Friday, got my FAA registration completed and the faa app. I’ve found my home is just within the border of a private heliport. I’ve been reading all the threads I can about notification since I live near a few airports. Lots of great info here.

The heliport is 0NJ2 - Ballymere heliport. A google search says its permanent closed, google maps at the location on AirNav shows its someone’s backyard ( at least it looks take way). Do I just call the manager listed, which I’m sure is the home owner, as with other posts I hope I not have to call each time I want to go to the backyard to fly.
