Newbie checking in from San Diego

Hi all, just want to stopby and introduce myself. Just picked up my Mavic today in San Diego. Still charging the units as I am typing this. Already got the care refresh registered. Can't wait to explore the unit and ask millions of dumb questions. Apologies in advance!

Still deciding to use my new phone (cellular provider) vs. old phone (no cellular provider) Any quick tips? I am sure there are threads on this already, but might as well ask

Either will work. See the post below for more details. It's from PhantomPilots, but it still applies to Mavics since both use DJI GO.
