no video, blackscreen no recording

i have crashed my mavic 10 day ago, i update and downgrade but nothing happens please help!!

Turn the right dial on the controller to adjust your iso and see what happens. Looks like the camera is connected and you're not getting any error messages.

You said that you had crashed your Mavic, have you checked that there is no damage to the gimbal ribbon.

Youre not getting any error messages, so not sure what the problem is.

Does your gimbal move when you turn on your Mavic? If it didnt move, or was erratic, then its your ribbon cable.

If youre not getting video then it's your silver stranded cable.

The gimbal moves fine. No error messages.
Simply not getting any video on my phone and can't take pictures or record video either.

I sometimes get a blank screen. Have you tried switching to airplane mode on your phone\tablet. That usually fixes it for me.

I guess that says it all. You will need to contact DJI support and discuss it with them.

Trying to find root cause of the problem, could it be the silver video cable attached with the gimbal?

Gimbal movement along with rest of the drone features word fine.

Did you find a fix? Have same problem. Tried everything including checking connections were in properly. Changed lense inspected silver cable and still no feedw
