3 North Siouxon Creek - an old growth forest on the brink of destruction

I filmed this video last week in the North Siouxon Creek valley, where I visited and documented an old growth forest at imminent risk of destruction by the Department of Natural Resources in the Beehive Timber Sale. I captured it using the DJI Mavic 3, DJI Avata, GoPro Hero 11 Black, Nikon Z9, Nikon Z6, and the Nikkor 105mm and 14-24mm lenses. It was an incredibly difficult place to get too, both because of the rough road, and because of the difficult terrain! I spent over four hours scrambling through devils club, up and down cliffs, and over giant fallen logs, just to travel about a mile out and back!

The old growth forests of the North Siouxon Valley needs to be permanently protected, and I'd appreciate anyone willing to send a letter asking the WA DNR to cancel the Beehive and Serenity Now Timber Sales, and to afford this area the strong protections it deserves.

Hi,
it is a shame what certain people allow themselves! Money and again money, the main thing is that the cash register is right! I could puke when I experience such things! I think it's very good that you stand up for the forest and bring us closer to the fantastic forest with beautiful pictures! Unfortunately, I live in Germany and can do nothing about it! But if you can give me the address of those responsible, I will of course also participate in a petition.
I would express my protest against the logging
