OK, a little update

I kept using the cracked iPad and it performed flawlessly, but had it listed on Craigslist for the time being.

Earlier today, someone snatched it up for $20 more than what I paid for it last Summer before the screen got jacked

I thought he was just another Craigslist troll, but he was more than happy to fork over the cash, even though he could get one in perfect for less

Anyhoo, I'm back on the hunt and will most likely upgrade to either a 64 or 128GB

Question

I downloaded the Go 4 app and went through the usual settings without updating the firmware.

Do I still need to re-calibrate the compass if I'm just swapping the device I'm using?

Actually thinking about picking up a Mini 2 as a cheap backup
