For those extended weekend trips [emoji106]

That krab seems over-specified ... :).

i have the lowepro drone guard 250 for the mavic and I absolutely love it. Comfy, plenty of room and a semi hard shell for protection.

My case. Not cheap, but at least is made for the Mavic.

Thank you Cmartin00,... I appreciate your taking the time to respond. I think I am going for the hard case Nanuk920 from B & H Photo. Good flying for you and it's appreciated.

I ended up with both a hard case and the Lowepro. I originally purchased the backpack for a specific activity but there were always situations where I wish I had a hard case. Oh well it's only money, I guess.

Does the GPC hard case, or any of the hard cases, for that matter, have enough room for my MavMount? I would love to have a hard case that will fit all of the Fly More Combo items, plus my Mavmount and three ND Filters.

Well, the SKB hard case has a slot that is 5 1/2 L x 2 W x 3 1/2 D for accessories and a slot that is 3 1/2 L x 1 1/4 W x 4 1/2 D (with another corresponding 1 1/2 slot in the top) for the 5.5 Crystalsky display.

I prefer the Koozam soft back pack style case as it does not scream "expensive toy inside, steal me".
I also have a pelican case which is great if I take it on a boat ride or have rough transportation but rarely use it.

Came across the Nanuk 920 yesterday. Looks like it has plenty of extra room for everything I need plus the MavMount. Anyone have experience with this one?

Nanuk920 Waterproof Hard Case for DJI Mavic (Black)

Thumbswayup

This is the case that I have. I posted some pictures of my Mavic/Nanuk in the CrystalSky forum.

I can also confirm that the MavMount will fit (if you have an empty battery slot). I have two favorite mounts... the Evo 3D for CrystalSky and the MavMount for CrystalSky -- I switch between them. When I travel with the MavMount it will fit in the case... I just put it ballhead-down in one of the empty battery slots. It seems to work just fine.
