From the above website - I think #2 in the Best Example Videos section is very effective. They used ambient sounds in addition to captions and well done stills throughout the video. A great presentation style that can be used for all sorts of commercial drone videos. Here's a direct link to that same video:

I also think #7 from above was a great example, using both drones and a gimbal camera (Osmo?) giving viewers a more personal live narration tour presented by the agents:
