Render with GPU in Resolve 18?

How do I force the program to use my AMD 6700XT graphics card and not the 5700X CPU?

I have watched video's taking about the encoder drop down, but it only has auto and native as options. When rendering the CPU is maxed out and GPU is idle.

Do you have Davinci Resolve Studio (Paid)?
