Screen recording on Android devices

Hi
I'd like to hear other pilots experiences of screen recording apps for Android devices.
Are there any that are really good and don't hog resources?
Are there some to avoid all costs !! ?
Any feedback and advice greatly appreciated

If you have a recent Samsung device, the included Game Launcher utility includes a Screen recorder that works very well.

Thanks for reply, I'm using a Galaxy S2 Tablet which did not initially appear to have it, but in settings I find where I can turn it on then an icon appeared on homescreen.

There are many ways of screen recording on Android devices. Some of them are Google Play which is not only a place for your mobile gaming but also have a screen recording function, you can also use a capture card which is a computer hardware used for a screen recording in android devices.
