Sending my Mavic back before even flying it

Not saying it's the cause of this issue..but that gimbal lock is easy to miss, especially with new toy absent-mindedness I sometimes experience. Need to print an orange one.

I would have tried a gimbal cal or an IMU cal before I sent it off, chances are that's what they will do first anyhow.
An excellent point. That's why I treat mine like a real aircraft removable and tied a 1 foot long red ribbon to mine. No missing that!

Its the internet. People generally only post when they're upset, have an issue or want to complain. The other 99.99% of happy users dont bother - they're just out using their drone.
