Maybe it's an age thing but what the heck is the "Extending the provisions for Legacy and Transitional Category UAS" in plain English?
Is a UAS what I know as a UAV??

OK, I've read all that but still have no idea where us Mini 2 flyers come into it. I suspect t not?

Mini 2 not affected.
