Unable to get LAANC Approval to Controller to Takeoff

I am sorry if this question has been previously answered.

I get the LAANC approval on my iPhone, but I fail to get the DJI approval to unlock the Mini 4 Pro controller. Tried several times and watched videos. But so far the ones I have seen gloss over the critical step, or I have missed it.

Please help with step-by-step instructions.
