Upgrade error code 0*000000

Does anyone know what this error code means- 0*000000? This is what keeps popping up every time I attempt to update to the new firmware.

I had no problem updating everything except the controller via the app, then I hit that same error. I just broke down and used the DJI Assistant and it upgraded no problem...

I had this problem as well. I turned off the bird, turned off the controller, closed the DJI GO 4 app, then opened them back up in succession. That worked for me.

It occurs if you have an old version of the app and after an alert to upgrade firmware, you attempt it. Fix is easy, upgrade app, turn off drone, controller and take app out of memory. Turn everything back on, start app then do the upgrade.

Thanks, I deleted the app and then reinstalled and had no problems with the update.

I had exactly this when I inboxed my brand new MP2. Panicked that I had a duff on my hands!
