My Phantom 4 has been using Polar Pro polarization filters for almost 2 years. They work great but need to adjust the polarizing ring for either the top or bottom of horizon. For the Mavic Pro purchased about 9 months ago, I bought the Polar Pro 8, 16, and 32 non polarizing filters. From a videography perspective these work well and I have not missed the polarizer.I think the Polar Pros are probably better because they have polarization but is the higher price needed for that?
As a note on customer care, I must give high accolades to Polar Pro. The ND16 for the Mavic went on the lens easily but was extremely difficult to remove. I called Polar Pro. The phone was answered quickly. After saying my name and describing the problem, the support person said they found the record of sale. After confirming address they said they would send a new ND16 immediately. That afternoon a tracking confirmation was emailed and 2 days later a perfectly working replacement was received.
