Chimney rock historical site in Nebraska?

Hi all. Doing a cross country trip and doing some drone footage. I can’t find for the life of me any warnings against flying here.

Chimney Rock--Scotts Bluff National Monument, Nebraska: A Discover Our Shared Heritage Travel Itinerary

Think there would be any issues flying here as long as i stay clear of the monument itself? I checked the dji app, B4UFLY and aloft no warnings or restrictions

I cannot find anything that would preclude me from flying at the above National Monument (not a park) in SW Colorado. It is not listed on the 10 Banned National Monuments list. Of course I would be doing so in the off season when few if any are there. National monuments declared no drone zones...

One item to be aware of, Peregrine Falcons nest there, while no longer endangered, they remain a protected species.

I'd suggest doing a Google search on drone rules at Chimney Rock - NE and see what pops up. Some states do have rules that don't show up on apps like Aloft / B4UFLY. Wish the apps did have at least state restrictions as there are many who do esp in State Parks. Hopefully NE is not one of them.

Even if there is restrictions - they tend to only be take-off / landing inside the park. Find the boundaries and take-off / land outside of them. You may not get super close depending on distance out; but at least you can fly and if an Air2 / s - then use zoom in video to get closer in shots.
