The old "Tripod" mode has a ceiling of 1m/sec. The current "Cine" mode has a ceiling of 5m/sec. This is not configurable, and if you turn on FPV mode, the footage is jerky at best, unusable at worst. I made longer sticks in an attempt to slow it down, the logic being that moving the stick further to get to the same input would inherently slow down the machine, and it does somewhat work. The software is still WAY too fast. Here's a quick video of the tests.
Is anybody interested in rallying DJI to change the software? I'd like to see it reverted back to a ceiling of 1m/sec, or better yet, configurable from next to nothing, up to 1m/sec. You have Normal and Sport if you gotta bomb around the neighbourhood. Cine should be renamed "Dolly" and slowed way the heck down. What say anybody?
