DJI Matrice 200 will be used to monitor traffic in Spain

Hey guys, drones (x25 DJI Matrice 200 units) are being deployed to monitor traffic in Spain. I read the original report (in Spanish, available here) and apparently every unit will cost around 1500€, which makes me think they won't be highly customized. They won't control speed limits - for now - but instead they'll be used to report actions like driving while using a smartphone, ignoring red lights, etc, and they will be used in some areas where the police helicopters cannot operate - either because there're no units available or it's not profitable to deploy an helicopter. I wonder how useful they'll be with just 35 20 mins of autonomy ?
