FCC mode CE mode?

FCC mode CE mode?
What mode gives you more flight distance FCC or CE?
And in the USA what is the standard FCC or CE?

If it make any difference I am talking about a Mavic Pro and a Phantom 3 Pro.
This is all confusing to me!

But which one gives you longer flight distance?
And does this have to do with the watt's your RC can put out?

Ah sorry FCC mode is basically full power, CE is less than half the wattage.

Yeah it seems that - One was able to FAKE your own location - to take advantage of FCC Power and Distance. FOr example CE Limits your distance on the New Mavic 2 s to 5km - whereas FCC allows the full extent of the range at the Benchmarked 8km.

But it seems that No-one has really cracked this Nut properly on Mavic 2 -
