Freshly activated never-flown Mavic Pro, front left LED not illuminating

I ordered it from the DJI site itself, and it arrived last Friday (9 days ago), but due to other stuff I was busy with I only got around to activating it today.

While running the initial firmware update I noticed this:

I assume that isn't normal... right? Can anyone give me a heads up on whether this is a faulty LED or something else?
 
That's not normal. You should contact DJI support for help.
